Its very easy to order food and pay with OPER. Just make sure you understand what youre doing before you use it. It seems some people have gotten confused - OPER is how you order and the restaurant is responsible for the food. OPER has 24/7 support though if you have problems with a restaurant or order. I will continue to use and save $.
Love being able to order ahead my lunch before I get to the restaurant. When I get there the food is ready and already paid for.
A friend of mine showed me OPER a couple months ago and I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you’re going to go out to eat anyway, why not get money back while doing it? It’s super simple to use and there are a lot of restaurants to choose from- giving one plenty of choices and options. I’ve been able to rack up enough cash back in rewards to use at my favorite hot spots by simply using the app when I decide to go out to eat. No brainer, take advantage of this free app and reap the rewards.
Im so glad OPER launched in STL. I dont have a credit card so dont get rewards. With OPER Ive been getting 5% back on all my meals. Also the issue with a lot of food apps is that they dont have many partnering restaurants. Looks like OPER is doing a good job with getting most restaurants on board.

Some bad moments

I ordered 30$ worth of pizza through OPER which never showed. Their customer service is non existent and though Ive called them twice Ive yet to have anyone answer my calls or respond to me in any way. Additionally, all the reviews here are obviously fake. This app is not worth it when compared with competitors like postmates. My order reference number is 4938948. Im still waiting for that pizza.
I ordered BBQ for 46.10 and they wouldnt deliver it to me and I need a refund. my reference number is 4944932
Ordered food and never got any confirmation notification. $32 went to who knows where. Certainly not for my food.
It took over 3 hours for OPER get my food prepared. I was so hungry that I couldnt wait any longer and eventually had to cancel my order. Please be aware and never use this app.
5% back on all food order and over 100 restaurants to pick from in St. Louis. Whats not to like! I will definitely be recommending this app to everyone.
My husband and I have waited for something like Oper to come to the STL area for a long time! Its been a blast trying out new restaurants and finding new favorites. Thanks Oper!
